During the UN-climate-negotiations in Paris in december 2015 affinitygroup-actions took place in the lignite mining regions in Lusatia, around Leipzig and in the Rhineland.
One of the affinitygroups formed a blockade in front of the power plant Niederaußem, which polluted the atmosphere with about 27 millions of tons of CO₂ during the year.
Some weeks after, some of the activists received declarations to cease and desist. They decided not to sign them.
